5. Product Warranties

5.1 Limited Warranty

TorqueX Gear Systems warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the period specified in the product documentation.

5.2 Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper installation
• Modifications not authorized by TorqueX
• Damage from external causes

5.3 Exclusive Remedy

Our sole obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace defective products at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TORQUEX GEAR SYSTEMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
